I would not Have excepted any of that crap after buying an expensive bike! Who was the dealer! I think it Is worth letting us know. They prep the bike yet you are responsible... I would have ripped them a new one! Your experience is inexcusable. I would call Kawasaki directly and talk to the regional representative.

I'd be finding somewhere else to have it serviced ...

I left a not so nice, but professional enough to be credible, google review for them. The dealer is Flat Out Motorsports in Indianapolis, IN. How long should I expect to be waiting before I see the Kawasaki customer satisfaction survey?

It could be a while, if i remember correctly it took a few months before I received the survey.

I bought my bike in May and didn't get surveyed until August.

I have to add the obvious which is why did you trust the tire pressure the dealer set? First thing to check when the handling feels wrong is the TP.

As for the dealer I would let Kawasaki know the negligence, it's obvious they never checked the TP and what amazes me is the "tech" rode this bike and didn't feel it!

Glad you sorted it all out and enjoy the bike.

I honestly thought that that was just how a heavier bike handled. I had never rode a H2 SX before this. On my other bikes I can tell if the tires are 10 or more psi low and moving forward I will also be able to tell on the H2 now that I have a baseline feel for the it's handling characteristics.

Off topic but for 22k I think Kawasaki could have added TPMS.

I agree. As long as their not the current ones. A dealer only fix for when the batteries go bad, expensive to replace. My Concours had replacement batteries (well you solder anyway)
