Anyone with an Airhawk seat please tell me thew correct size to order?

It looks like most people that are unhappy with the seat may have too much air in it.

I'm going to try one but if you have a better idea, please let me know?

I don't have the Airhawk size, but I would say that I tried the Airhawk with different amounts of air in it, and never liked it at all. On the other hand, some riders like it. It's a matter of preference.

Those that are complaining about the SE seat need to take a 20 mile ride on the Z1000SX/Ninja 1000. The Z1000SX seat is a torture device. I just finished a 2500 mile ride on my SE. Two of the days were over 700 miles. I love that seat.
Yeah, my wife just bought the ninja 1000 abs. It took me one brief ride to decide to buy her the Kawi comfort/gel seat. I will never complain about my SXSE seat again. Ouch...

My girlfriend and I tried the Comfort Gel. One ride each and we sold it. It is worse, and retains heat.

I talked to a Kawi rep the other day, she "confirmed by VIN" that my SE did not come with the comfort seat, so I ordered the comfort seat lol. Hopefully she's right and I didn't buy a duplicate seat. Should get it in a few days!

Made my own seat, now I sit in the bike with a small lip in front of the tank stopping me going forward, gel pad placed exactly where my weight hits the seat.

Switch18...
Your seat looks awesome, great job!
Any tips/how to’s on how you did it along with where you bought the gel insert?
I would love to take a shot at modding mine like yours and if I screw it up I guess I will ship it off to Sargent....lol

I'm still struggling with comfort on me SE seat. I managed to get a second seat on eBay and had a gel pad fitted to that. It helped … a bit, but wasn't really a proper solution. I went from about an hour before discomfort on the standard seat to just over 90 minutes on the gel pad seat. I've now dug my old Airhawk out of the back of the cupboard and I'm playing with that, trying to get the exactly right amount of air in it.

This is all very frustrating as my previous bikes were BMW K1300Ss which were literally "all day" comfortable, having done a couple of 600+ mile, 12+ hour days with no discomfort what so ever.

The search for all day comfort on the SE continues.
