These guys are recording in the Philippines. You can tell the bike needs to be flashed as they just installed a (crap) slip-on with no other changes.

JMAC was one of the first to put up a video of the bike in action. Agree with you Mr. Smith, the bike does seem to need a flash.

I've watched quite a few of those videos even though the English used is very few and far between. I do get a smile everytime JMAC says "for the views". Interesting to see how simple rides are so much different than what most experience here in the States.

Is it just me but that bike doesn’t sound that healthy.. low rpm misfire and the clutch seems to slip a bit.

It is not just you. They threw on the POS muffler and never had the bike tuned or reflashed. Plus it would seem it hasn't had an easy "life" so far.

That sound you guys hearing isnt misfires or the exhaust. It's the KRTC kicking in to stop wheelies/wheel spin. Our bikes make the same noise. Give it a try, go in 1st gear, TC3/Full power and pin it wide open. The ECU will open/close the throttle plate rapidly to cut power.

The misfiring is the traction control controlling tire spin. It varies throttle opening angle, If thats not controlling it it starts randomly killing cylinders. The last years of F1 V10's did the same thing. Check the video, you can hear misfiring on exit of tight corners.
