The rotors on my '15 Kawi Versys 1k warped at about the same number of miles. Kawi replaced the rotors and the calipers under warranty.

Sorry to hear about this. You put that many miles on within 12 months?

Hi Tom2. My SX SE is going in for 12k service this week. It has a vibration in the front forks when I brake from anywhere above 80 km/h. Service guys have told me I could have bumped it. I don't think so!. Is this what you were experiencing?
Sounds like a warranty issue to me.

I also am having pulsating on front when braking. I have had 4 14Rs and 2 ZX12Rs with no problems warping rotors, all have been to track days at Road America. Looks like Kawasaki might have rotor warp problems on our H2SX and SE models. Good to know they are covering under warranty past 12 months. I will be bringing mine and have it checked out. I have 8900 miles on mine.

I have had problems with vibration in the front both under braking and when I don't hold the handlebars. When I engage the CC.

The front wheel and the front braking discs are replaced but it is still not perfect. When I don't hold the handlebars it is a vibration between 60 and 80 km/h. Very annoying!! Though the brakes are fine now.

At 19 000 km my rear wheel bearings collapsed. I think there soon will be a recall because there is too little grease in the bearings from the manufacturer.

All covered under warranty.

I’ve heard of zzr1400 gen1 rotors warping, but they apparently sorted them for gen 2. I hope they don’t warp on my H2!
As for the rear bearing grease, I recently stripped my bike down after a tour in Europe. I stripped the rear completely, and there was only a small amount of grease in the needle roller part of the assembly. It’s full with new red Silkolene synthetic grease now..😁 I hope it’s enough!

Was it the needle roller, sealed, or sealed sprocket bearing that failed? Just out of interest..

I don't know. I let the dealer do the work.
