1000+ km thru northern Germany Part 2

Absolutely flat area, while riding to Hannover (pic taken at 01:53pm)

Got to Hannover and had some fast fook chicken, charged the phone and helmet with the powerbank and the Queen got some gas (4:03 pm):

Country roads winding though the „Teuteburger Wald“ were exceptionally nice, where I reached the town of Hameln (4:53pm)

The „Externsteine“ became an issue to briefly visit at 5:31

Since 2HYPR has his „glowing“ picture out, I went out on hunting where to take my own one. Here you all go:

The „Never Ending of a Perfect Day!“
At 6:00pm I almost shot past this round-about in Borkeln. Gosh, I never even knew this place existed!

I barely made it to Paderborn in the already setting sun (6:31pm)
inPaderborn.png
Near Paderborn I went on the A44, which was so jammed by cars with people, who had spent this nice day at the Möhnesee. Traffic was soooo slow (around 80kmh), that my next stop for gas was in Düsseldorf at 9:08pm, an incredably 306km away from filling up in Hannover, 16,77 liters of E10 !
LastPitStop.png
The „lata de red bull“ was consumed on the spot and I sped away back into the darkness of the autobahn. I remember racing a silver hatchback car at 240kmh near Jülich on the left lane, that annoyingly wouldn’t make way. Blasted off later at 270, but noticed how tired I was after this long day.

Brief stop at a Rastplatz in the dark to take a leak and have the smoothie and off I went for home.

Arriving home at 10:30pm I had a big grin on my face underneath my helmet. Placed „The Queen“ where she normally sleeps and went to change and take a shower. Later came back to her dorm and took a pic of the dash:
dashAfterRide.png
You see a total riding time of 12:30, literally of me being in the seat and distance TripA 1008,8. Outside Temp at unusual 31°C is due to her already resting and giving off access heat in her dorm.
Fellow riders rest assured: I gave „TheQueen“ a big good-night-kiss :-)
Statistics gathered by this experiment:
all gas taken, consumed after total of 1157km with 76,73l (all copies of receipts available on request ;.) means 6,63l per 100km
I am 1,78m tall, 73 kg net weight on the scale in the morning and do not have much „upholstery“ at my rear end.
During this trip, my seat never was even near hurting, only both palms due to a seam and a fold normally barely noticeable in the gloves started to hurt past Paderborn
and absolutely no buzzing in the feet
Let’s all take a step back: Yes, Autobahn is cool, no doubt, but you get to see a lot more interesting places, while riding country roads

You can only upload 5 images per post. It's to prevent people from spamming 100 photos in a single post. You'll have to break up your posts, or link to external images.

OK, so now I know of this limitation, here are the pictures of the mixed Autobahn/country road part from Leer to Bremen (please think of this post to be top of the thread):
After topping off the gas in Leer, I had a second fast food breakfast and headed for Oldenburg. The A28 to Bremen was still pretty empty at that time, but I took a short break for „Orange Juice in Oldenburg“ at 12:12pm
OJinOldenburg.png
The Autobahn to Bremen started to become unpleasantly full, so I decided to go to Bremen via country roads, getting smaller and smaller. The GPS went haywire and made me ride cross county. Hey why not, I thought. New experience on this bike. I normally do this with Quads.
onSand.png
About 8 km of sandy roads on which I deliberately tried out the ABS and the TRC, very carefully in turns…
But lots of fun and maybe the most memorable stretch of the trip…
Arriving in Bremen (01:06pm) I quickly shot a picture at the city limits and headed on to Hannover on country roads:

Love the shot of your bike on the dirt road - I did not realize the H2 was an adventure bike. Good to know.

Weird question, but how would you rate the overall comfort of the bike over those miles (errrrrr...kilometerss). One of the reasons I am considering the H2 SX SE is the touring side of sport-touring, and it looks like you are covering serious ground. I would be interested in your perspective.
