Re: Tony’s Aussie ride pics....
First ride for 2020.
550K’s / 342 miles.

I was getting high 40’s on the “Angle of the dangle” display, then I saw a 50. Today I got a 53 degree to come up on the “Lean-O-metre”. Not keen on seeing a 90 so that might be it, I’m no hero! (and the sound of the centre stand dragging on corners at that angle makes me nervous!)

Re: Tony’s Aussie ride pics....
Fetched the SX back from its 6,000K service.
I was talking to the H2 mechanic and mentioned suspension. He’s a LOT more clue’d up than I am so said he’d set it up a bit more suitable. It feels a fraction taller and firmer than I had it, but I think he’s on the money, I did have it a bit soft. Feels a bit more accurate / sporty now, just need to see if it’s OK on long hauls.

I’m up in Brisbane / Qld. I’m safe as I’m near the city.
Out on my last few rides I’ve seen several huge rural areas that have been burnt out.
Ours seem mostly under control now.
We got off lightly (so far).
The Southern states are getting it much worse.

The video and mages of the fires are terrible there. I feel so bad for your environment. I’ve ridden in burn areas in the Black Hills not a pleasant site. Glad you can get out and log some miles. Take care.
Temps for me will be 12 degrees in the a.m. for contrast. Is it true about all the arson stories?

No ones sure about the amount of arson claims. I’m sure there are some.SDH2Mike wrote: ↑Thu Jan 09, 2020 3:49 amThe video and mages of the fires are terrible there.
