Well, they have over a decade to give me a 600mi battery, or 2 minute empty to full charging. I'll be set either way.
Oh, and to stop with the ridic 30k+ price tags (I know I know, H2...pot, kettle) on even a halfway decent bike. This ain't Harley.

Nonsense. You'll just be a cyborg and have even better interesting with the bike.
Think positive.

we will all probably get more enjoyment out of a Sewing machine sitting at our desk so we can use the Phone/Computer to post about it... after all... a Motorcycle is annoying in that way.... in anycase... make your bikes stong powerful and reliable, keep it going forever!

Really? So in a little more than a decade we will all live in areas with a grid and infrastructure to support a massive shift to all electric? I highly doubt that this scenario plays out. Furthermore, the majority of electric power is generated via fossil fuel, and the only viable clean air solution to replace that much power generation is to go nuclear, which nobody seems to be too eager to do. It's a real kick in the stones to an EV owner when you burst their "no carbon" bubble by telling them a study by MIT noted that EV's produce roughly 200 grams of carbon per mile vs 273 per mile for an ICE.
Meanwhile real progress and serious investors are lining up to get into the efuel and hydrogen biz. So many limitations and downsides to EV's that will create opportunities for new and emerging technologies to support ICE's.
