Re: H2 SX 2022 release

I'd like to take one for a spin and check out that skyhook suspension.I can do without a satnav and such. The satnav isn't built in, it takes the GPS from your phone. In fact, as far as I know, all the features you can see on the TFT dash are apps that run on your phone. This is the way all car man...

Re: H2 SX 2022 release

Looking at the SX objectively...looks like an amazing upgrade. Looks like they are slanting the bike much more over to the touring side of sport-touring. This version looks like the exact version someone would want who just wants to take trips and fast speed, and doesn't care about modding extensive...

Re: 1/2” bar spacer kit.

I’m interested and would like to place an order! Please let me know how to proceed. FYI...You might want to also see this thread: https://h2sxriders.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=21292#p21292 Bryan's risers + Murph's risers work together and give about 2" of total rise. I have both and they make a...

Re: Inspect and Lube Rear Wheel Bearings

I received the recall notice but haven't decided what I'll do. As Vex said elsewhere, if I'm getting a new bearing installed for free then why not? On the other hand, I already addressed the issue, so I may just be wasting time taking my bike to the dealer for work that isn't necessary. I'd be inte...

Re: Clunking when hitting bumps in road...

I'm guessing Kawasaki corporate isn't going to get involved because you bought a used bike, and from the sound of it one that was in an accident (?) You mentioned something about a bent rear end or something. Anyway, this is why I don't buy used bikes, especially sporty bikes. I'm very particular ab...

Re: Ninja H2 SX Top Speed

It's normal for a bike to struggle at the top of its speed range. Not exactly sure what you're asking though. But if you look at a flashed bike with a rev bumps dyno chart you'll see that the power is still climbing. So it's not necessarily accelerating slower because of the bikes ability to get ai...

Re: Inspect and Lube Rear Wheel Bearings

My bearing replacement is being done as I type this. I haven't even received the recall yet, but the dealer has, and ordered all the parts for the stop sale H2s sitting on his showroom floor. Doing mine at the same time.

Re: Fiber optic is to old internet, as the H2SX is to . . .

Depends a little on what year H2SX you get. Regardless, the suspension in the H2SX is vastly superior (fully adjustable in first models, full dynamic ESA in new models) to what you have on your 6th gen VFR and should easily make up for any difference the in handling that 30lbs might show. One thing ...

Re: H2SX vs VFR800

I've owned 2 VFRs. A 5th gen and a 6th gen (which I toured on quite a bit). DSC00234.jpg I waited anxiously for the 7th gen (VFR1200), but was utterly deflated with disappointment when it saw the light of day. It was such a design miscue I don't even know where to start. Having said that, the H2SX i...
