Pro Race Mufflers

Pro Race makes some nice mufflers for the H2. Has anyone installed their mufflers? I would especially like to know how well their muffler fits, and the noise level.

thanks

Re: Checklists for 600 and 7200 Mile Servicing

As far as re-greasing the rear roller bearing, what grease should we use on this?
Some of the main criteria for this grease should be: synthetic, water resistant, and high temp.
Anyone out there who has done this before?

Boost Gauge

I would like to mount a boost gauge on my H2 SX SE.

Are there any members that have done this before?

In particular, I would like to know the gauge make, and how was it mounted.

Re: Tune gone wrong...

If the bike is sill under warranty, might be a good idea to keep mum about the ECU flash.

When you did your valve clearance check, did you find any valve clearances out of spec?

Wow!

Do you think the dealerships replace all the rings and gaskets as you did?

Re: Custom windshield

I like the look of that shorty. That should solve the problem.

Re: update!

The clutch and front brake fluids are not as dirty and black as you think!! For all the same reasons, I changed out all the hydraulic fluids, and found that the plastic of the resevoirs for both the front brake and clutch resevoirs are tinted dark. The fluids were clear. It's the plastic. I am guess...

Re: Rattly Side Case Fix

Mine were slightly loose when new. I used 3M plastic adhesive film. The kind used to protect car front ends from rock damage. I put one or two layers of this clear film on the two top quick releases, and the rattle was gone. Haven't had to deal with it again, and that was 14,000 km ago.,
