Just demounted the R&G tail tidy as the number plate was vibrating quite remarkably. I asked R&G what to do and they requested some pics. I taped a video and send it to them. No reply at all. All seats bloody hurt ... Not all ... as far as I can see it‘s up to the basic design of the foot pegs - seat - handlebars triangle. Especially for shorter people the distance between the seat (sitting in the seat recess) and the handlebars is quite long. Because of this you tend to move forward on ...

I guess anyone without a flashed ECU has noticed how snatchy and jerky the bike is on small throttle openings at low speeds tooling about town. The other day I switched off traction control and immediately noticed that the jerkiness almost disappears. Not perfect but way better. Anyone else noticed...

Would like to come back to the panniers topic.

I guess I have read about a heat protection „plate“ to be mounted on the lower side of the right pannier (exhaust side). But I cannot find it anymore. Has one of you got the Kawasaki article number for me?
