Re: H2 mirrors

Where did she pick the set up from? I've seen a number of sites, but they are listing a lot of parts separately. Mirrors, pads, bolt, top cover, etc. I want the whole kit'n'kaboodle, if possible, so I can just do a straight swap. Edit: Also, do those ones fold in? If so, do they hit the cowling? I ...

Re: Winter project

This may be the longest winter of your life. Awesome set-up, I really want the Yager Werx Intercooler and Carbon fiber wheels but of the two I want the intercooler. How long was the turnaround time on the intercooler and how difficult was it to install? Few weeks. Once travis receives the deposit h...

Re: Inspect and Lube Rear Wheel Bearings

Pulled mine out, found a couple scoring spots on the outer axle. My swingarm and hub assembly were all replaced at 1000kms under warranty due to the pinch bolts cross threading when i loosened them for the first chain adjustment. Swingarm was likely built on a monday morning or friday afternoon as t...

Re: 15000 mile service

Its no different then buying a Bugatti. You dont sell it because you dont want to pay $21,000 for an oil change. That being said, the difference in this bike and others is the supercharger maintenance. So not sure why dealerships are charging more for the same things they do on a zx10r.

Re: Switching from Med power to high power

What were you getting before the tune? I'm usually sitting at 32 or 33 when in riding spirited w a group and 37 to 39 on my own, i know it can do much better but its so hard to stay out of the throttle and any stop and go kills mpg unless you accelerate like a prius, soni can for sure see L helping...

Re: Switching from Med power to high power

I wonder if the bike gets better fuel economy on long rides in a lower mode, M or L? It does. My rough calculations, with my driving habits, have it gaining about 10mpg each step down from full power. In low power, just droning a fairly safe speed down the interstate, I've seen around 50mpg(US). I ...
