Re: Add a 2012 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Custom to the stable?

I took delivery of the bike and rode it around for a couple hours. My first challenge is getting my legs and feet in proper position on this bike. I'm confident, with time, I will grow to enjoy this riding experience, as different as it is. Thanks for all the input. As a side note, MCrider (Kevin) p...

Re: Add a 2012 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Custom to the stable?

I made an offer for this 2005 Suzuki Boulevard C90T: http://cdnmedia.endeavorsuite.com/images/organizations/94b28954-c553-49b3-9e0a-5b65cbfd6d1b/inventory/10417232/image0%20(2).jpeg The dealer accepted my offer. As a riding enthusiast, I look forward to experiencing a different type ride. Although, ...

Re: Where did my impeller "flutter" go...

Still very little flutter/chirp; although, service says the filter was removed and cleaned. I'm waiting for some warmer weather to do the cleaning myself and report back once done. Bike is running great.

Re: Add a 2012 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Custom to the stable?

My initial impression (after riding the Harley) is I felt unsafe due to being spoiled by the H2s refinement. Last summer I rode a dealer's 2018 Harley Fat Bob (cool LED headlight) and would add that bike in a heartbeat. 20k miles on a 2003 sportster not for me (at this time). Thanks for all your ins...

Add a 2012 Kawasaki Vulcan 900 Custom to the stable?

A local dealer has a clean 2012 Vulcan 900 Custom for under $5k with under 6k miles. I would never trade my H2 Sx Se; however, am contemplating this Vulcan cruiser as an addition. I started riding in 2018 at age 60 on a 2002 Hayabusa, then a 2017 Hayabusa, which I traded in for my new 2018 H2SxSe. S...

Welcome and you are right to be excited for it is a fine machine. Your patience will be tried as you follow the break in period, presuming it needs broken in.

Re: 15000 mile service

Much respect and admiration to those having the will, knowledge, tools, and other wherewithal to do their own work. For me, I must trust (and hold accountable) those that sell/service the machine. At this point in my life's journey, I want to simply enjoy the exhilarating ride this bike delivers. :c...
